On-The-Job Training
Earn While You Learn
Our apprenticeship program provides the opportunity to earn a living family wage through On-The-Job Training (or O.J.T.) while learning the in-demand skills of the trade.
O.J.T. hours are working hours that help you learn while submitting time towards the mastery of the training program. Related Technical Instruction (or R.T.I.) are hours in the classroom covering the technical aspects of that will ensure you have the knowledge you need to be a true industry professional.
Completing the R.T.I. as classes and instruction requirements will help you move up the wage scale and earn even MORE money!
